Spoilers: I’m not a morning person. It takes me a while to fully wake up and feel like my brain is firing on all cylinders. No matter what the day holds, I have a routine, and I don’t function without it.
It always starts the same way: a hot shower with a great body wash, skincare, coffee, and a podcast. Some days that leads to full hair and makeup; other days it’s comfy clothes and a headband. Either way, I need that quiet “me” time before the day begins.
